Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or bank holidays.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
· 90North Co. reserves the right to charge the full cost of postage, in order to resend items if the customer could not take delivery for any reason. Items returned to us by the courier will be taken back into our inventory, and your account will be refunded with the order total minus any shipping charges. You will need to place the order again if you wish the item to be reshipped.
· We will not be held responsible for any parcel(s) delivered incorrectly or in untimely fashion, because the customer has used inaccurate or incorrect information in their delivery details (e.g. address or contact information).
· NON-UK RESIDENTS: 90North Co. will not be liable for any outstanding import duties, clearance or brokerage fees, and any other additional charges, will be charged to you. Should you refuse to take delivery of a parcel due to import costs, you will be solely responsible for the original postal charges, the cost of return shipping and any customs or handling fees incurred.
PRODUCT ERROR AND ORDERS LOST / DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
· Items are put through thorough quality assurance measures before they are shipped to you, you must report any issues with your item within one day of date of delivery.
· Items that have not arrived after 7-days of dispatch may be lost or stolen. You the customer must report any items that have not arrived within that 7-day time frame. If you fail to notify us within those 7-days, 90North Co. will not be held responsible in any way for the whereabouts of your parcel(s).
If you take delivery of a parcel that is damaged or incomplete, please ensure you keep all of the packaging, without it, the courier may not be able to investigate the issue properly, or at all.
