That said, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, we are happy to help. Our returns policy lasts for 14 days after receipt, after this time we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
90North Co. will only accept returned items that are unused and in original condition. We will not refund or exchange any items that appear to have been worn, washed, sprayed with perfume, or that are otherwise in unoriginal condition.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:
- If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it to our returns address (listed below) and place another order through our website. As soon as a returned item arrives with us, we will refund the order total minus the initial shipping cost to your account.
- We are a small, independent company and are not able to cover any shipping costs. It will be for you to cover shipping charges when returning goods to us, as well as the shipping charges for any other orders you place in our store.
IMPORTANT RETURNS INFOMATION:
- Make sure any returned items meet the requirements specified in our returns policy conditions (below).
- Items you return to us can take up to 5 working days to arrive (in the UK) and considerably longer from anywhere else.
- It is a good idea to use a signed or tracked service. 90North Co. will not accept any responsibility for returns that go missing.
- Pack your items appropriately to avoid them being damaged in transit.

RETURNS POLICY TERMS:
- All returned items must be in complete resalable condition including tags and/or packing if applicable. Items that have been worn, washed, or sprayed with perfume will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will have to cover the cost of shipping yourself when returning items to us.
- We take no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you use a signed or tracked service.
- If returning an item from outside the UK, mark your package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ for customs purposes.
